It will be deemed that the mobile client users have read all the items of this agreement and totally agree when download and browse this app which is designed by HK XIAOVV SMART TECHNOLOGY CO.(hereafter referred to as our company).Whenever login this app in any way or use the app data directly or indirectly,it will be deemed accepting voluntarily the constraints of our relevant statements and user service agreements.
1.1 V380 Related System APP:Mobile client software that is made by our company to display the datas and operate the functions of our smart end products(hereafter referred to as V380 Related System wireless cameras )
1.2 Cloud storage/Cloud disk service: Technical services that store the recording video of V380 Related System wireless cameras in the cloud,search or snap pictures.
2.1 The users should use cloud storage/Cloud disk service by V380 Related System APP
2.2 Cloud storage/Cloud disk service only provide corresponding technical service,V380 Related System wireless cameras purchase cost,installation cost,traffic usage and other costs are paid by users.
2.3 Our company provide multiple cloud storage/cloud disk service packages according to different user requirements,specific service details subject to service page or notification that the use buy(including charge standard,valid period,service condition,etc.)
2.4 The users need to use cloud storage/cloud disk service with account and password.V380 Related System APP confirm user’s identity only by user’s account and password,please safekeep the account and password,and assume the responsibility for its usage or loss.
2.5 Our company reserve the right to decide by ourself to change,update or modify cloud storage/cloud disk service and related functions at any time,and further reserve the right to develop new functions of cloud storage/cloud disk service. The supply of above new functions and new service still apply to this agreement unless our company have special instructions.
2.6 The users agree to use the cloud storage/cloud disk packages according to charge standard,valid period,service condition and related rules that released by our company.If service life expire and not renew the cloud storage/cloud disk package,V380 Related System APP background system will delete all the inforamation that stored during charge period in 24 hours.
2.7Due to cloud Storage/cloud disk belongs to virtual merchandise, you must read and agree our Terms of Service firstly if you want to purchase one of packages. Although we provide convenient and safe after-sales services for cloud storage/cloud disk, your every refund request should meet the following Requirements:
1) Within 7 days since you completed the package payment;
2) The package should NOT be activated on any cameras before. We would NOT accept your refund request if you have activated the package on your device, even you stopped or unlocked the package later.
3.1 Please guarantee that all the activities you do through V380 Related System APP are legal,true and effective,and won’t infringe the legal equity of any third party.
3.2 Won’t use V380 Related System APP to upload,store and share the following information or content,also won’t provide convenience for others to release these contents:
3.2.1 Any political propagandas or news that violate state stipulations;
3.2.2 Any information or content that relate to national secrets and security;
3.2.3 Any information or content of feudal suerstition,obscenity,eroticism,nasty or can abetting to commit crimes;
3.2.4 Any information or content that violate national and religious policies
3.2.5 Any information or content that infringe others’privacy and legal equiry,damage social order,public security and public morality;
3.2.6 Any information or content that violate the laws and regulations and good custom.
3.3 Won’t do any activities that violate V380 Related System APP service agreement.
3.4 Our company won’t investigate any audio and video that users store by V380 Related System APP,but when necessary our company have the right to supervise and examine the content of audio and video that users store,transmit,and share by V380 Related System APP according to relevant national laws and regulations as well as this agreement.
3.5 V380 Related System APP background system records could be lawbreaking evidence if users transmit and store any reactionary,pornographic and violent information or content that prohibited by state laws and administrative regulations. If any third party put in a claim or generate any damage and loss because of above contents that upload,transmit and store by V380 Related System APP,the users assume full responsibility and our company take none of the responsibility.
3.6 The users agree that our company reserve the right to unilaterally judge that users suspend or stop using cloud storage/cloud disk service if they violate any items of this agreement,no need to notice in advance and return any charge.
4.1 Without prior notice our company reserve the right to terminate the usage of cloud storage/cloud disk service and no need to assume any responsibility if the following situations occur :
4.1.1 The users don’t renew the fee of could storage service after the chargeable service life expire;
4.1.2 The users vilate relevant guarantee and terms of this agreement;
4.1.3 On the prmise of notifying users 15 days in advance our company reserve the right to terminate the service and this agreement if our cloud storage/cloud disk have significant business adjustment or necessary matters.
5.1 The users understand and agree that all intellectual property and relevant rights of all products,technology,software,programs,datas and other information(include but not limit to text,images,icons,pictures,audio,video,color,layout,electronic documents) are owned by our company,unless we have other special instructions.
6.1 The video content that upload by V380 Related System APP are all provided by APP users,their authenticity,accuracy and legitimacy are responsible by information publisher that it does not mean our company agree with the viewpoints.Our company do not provide any guarantee and do not assume any legal responsibility for the authenticity,accuracy and legitimacy of above video content.
6.2 Our company guarantee that under normal circumstances(include but not limit to temperature,humidity,power supply,network transmission without delay,etc),the external devices connected by V380 Related System APP work normally,but in actual operation may occur a certain extent malfunction because of special case,for example external devices connected by app may not be able to record successfully due to network instability or incompatibility between the device’s buit-in chip and newtwork environment,the users should know this and agree to take above potential risks.
6.3 If any accident,negligence,breach of contract,defamation,invasion of copyright or other intellectual properties and loss that are caused by using V380 Related System APP improperly,our company is not responsible and do not assume any legal responsibility.]
6.4 If the users can not use V380 Related System APP or cloud storage/cloud disk service normally because of interruption of network service or other defects that caused by force majeure,hacker attacks or interruption of communication lines which is beyond the control of V380 Related System APP,our company do not assume any responsibility but will try our best to reduce the user’s loss or impact as soon as possible.
6.5 Please refer to relevant national laws and regulations if any issues not converd by this agreement.Subject to national laws and regulations if this agreement conflicts with relevant national laws and regulations.
6.6 The copyright,the right of amendment,the update right and the final interpretation right of relevant agreement of this website are all owned by our company.
